Après un apt-get update et un apt-get upgrade, aucune mise a jour ne m'est proposée. Comment mettre mon système a jour ? Est-ce-que j'ai oublié des sources a mettre dans mon sources.list ?

salut
. tape proftpd -v ou php -v pour voir la version qui est installée. ca doit donc confirmer que tu as pas les dernières versions de softs sur ta dedibox.
. regarde dans les options de apt-get pour effacer ce qui est dans les sources là
